Explore tracking

How tracking works

Every shipment carries a permanent history. Each scan is appended as a new event and nothing is ever rewritten, so the status you see is the status our operations team sees.

  1. 1

    One tracking number

Issued when the shipment is booked, in the form SGP-2026-A1B2C3D4.

  2. 2

    A scan at every step

Collection, departure, facility handling, customs and delivery, each with its own time and place.

  3. 3

    A delivery estimate that moves

Recalculated from the route and the latest scan, rather than typed in once and forgotten.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first needs you.

  1. 1

    Tell us what is moving

Contents, weight, where it is going and when it needs to arrive. If you are not sure which service fits, the quote tool on the pricing page will show you the options side by side.

  2. 2

    We collect it

A driver collects from your address. The parcel is weighed and scanned at that point, and the tracking number becomes live the moment it enters our network.

  3. 3

It moves and you watch it

Every handover is scanned. You see the location, the time and what happened at each step, and the delivery estimate tightens as the parcel gets closer.

  4. 4

    It is delivered

The courier records the delivery against the shipment. The full history stays on your account afterwards, which matters when you need to prove what happened and when.

On the ground

The work behind a tracking number.

Every scan on your timeline is a person doing something with your parcel. Collection, sorting, loading, clearance, delivery.

Choose a speed

Pay for the speed you
actually need.

The difference between our services is routing and priority, not care. A parcel on Economy gets the same tracking and the same customs handling as one on Express. It just takes a slower path.

Express

Next working day domestic, 1 to 3 days international

Our fastest option. The shipment goes on the next available flight and moves to the front of the queue at every facility it passes through.

What is included

Priority

2 to 4 working days international

A middle option that still moves by air but consolidates with other shipments on the same lane. Most business parcels go this way.

What is included

Standard

4 to 7 working days international

The default for shipments where cost matters more than speed. Mixed road and air depending on the lane.

What is included

Economy

7 to 14 working days international

The cheapest way to move a parcel across a border. Mostly surface transport with an air leg only where there is no alternative.

What is included

Not sure which one fits? Put the route and the weight into the quote tool and it prices all four side by side, with every surcharge itemised.

Questions

The things people ask us most.

Honest answers, including the parts we cannot control. If yours is not here, live chat reaches an operator during business hours.

Ask us something

Enter the tracking number on the tracking page. It looks like SGP-2026-A1B2C3D4 and appears on your booking confirmation and on the shipping label. You do not need an account to track a parcel, but signing in shows you the full record including sender and recipient details.

The estimate is calculated from the route, the service you chose and where the shipment currently is, and it updates every time the parcel is scanned. It gets more accurate as the shipment moves. If our operations team knows about something the calculation cannot see, such as a customs hold or a cancelled flight, they will override the estimate and the reason is recorded against the shipment.

The status changes to On hold and the reason appears on your tracking timeline. Nothing is hidden or quietly rewritten. Every scan stays on the record, so you can see exactly where the delay started. If it needs action from you, such as a customs document, we contact you rather than waiting.

Sometimes. Before the parcel is out for delivery we can usually reroute it within the same country, and there may be a charge. Once it is with the courier for the final leg we cannot change it. Contact us through live chat with the tracking number and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.

Cash, firearms, live animals, perishable food without prior arrangement, counterfeit goods, and anything prohibited by the origin or destination country. Batteries, aerosols and flammable liquids need approval before collection because they are classed as dangerous goods. If you are unsure, ask before you book rather than after.
