Most complaints about couriers come down to one thing. Nobody can tell you where the parcel actually is. We built this platform to fix that specific problem.
A shipment on our network carries a permanent record. Every time it is handled, a scan is added with the time, the place and what happened. That record is append only, which means nothing can be quietly edited or deleted after the fact. If a parcel sat in a warehouse for three days, the timeline shows three days.
That sounds like a small thing. It is not. When a customer asks where their goods are, the answer is on the screen in front of both of us, and it is the same answer. There is no separate internal version of the truth.
The delivery estimate works the same way. It is calculated from the route, the service and the last scan, and it updates as the parcel moves. When our team knows something the calculation cannot, a strike at a port or a customs hold, they change the estimate and record why. You see the new date. The reason stays on the file.

We collect it
A driver collects from your address. The parcel is weighed and scanned at that point, and the tracking number becomes live the moment it enters our network.

It moves and you watch it
Every handover is scanned. You see the location, the time and what happened at each step, and the delivery estimate tightens as the parcel gets closer.

It is delivered
The courier records the delivery against the shipment. The full history stays on your account afterwards, which matters when you need to prove what happened and when.
What we promise

- The cheapest price on every lane. On some routes we are not the cheapest option.
