The difference between them is speed and routing, not care. Every shipment gets the same tracking, the same customs handling and the same people answering the phone.

Next working day domestic, 1 to 3 days international

Our fastest option. The shipment goes on the next available flight and moves to the front of the queue at every facility it passes through.

Best for

Replacement parts, legal documents, medical samples, anything with a deadline attached.

What is included

  • Collection the same day if booked before 15:00 local time
  • Priority handling at every hub
  • Customs paperwork prepared by our clearance team
  • Cover up to 500 USD included
  • A named operator you can call about the shipment

Where it is not the right choice

  • Not available to every postcode. We will tell you at booking, not after.
  • Dangerous goods need approval before collection.
  • Deadlines assume customs release. Border delays are outside our control.

Priority

2 to 4 working days international

A middle option that still moves by air but consolidates with other shipments on the same lane. Most business parcels go this way.

Best for

Product samples, spare parts with a few days of slack, regular business shipments.

  • Scan level tracking at every handover

Where it is not the right choice

  • Consolidated, so departure waits for the next scheduled build.
  • No fixed delivery time within the day.

Standard

4 to 7 working days international

The default for shipments where cost matters more than speed. Mixed road and air depending on the lane.

Best for

Stock replenishment, personal effects, ecommerce orders that are not urgent.

What is included

  • Road and air routing chosen for cost
  • Customs paperwork prepared for you
  • Cover up to 500 USD included

Where it is not the right choice

  • Routing can change between bookings on the same lane.
  • Not suitable for perishable goods.

Economy

7 to 14 working days international

The cheapest way to move a parcel across a border. Mostly surface transport with an air leg only where there is no alternative.

Best for

Bulk, non urgent freight, personal shipments where the date is flexible.

What is included

  • Collection within three working days
  • Surface transport wherever the route allows
  • Customs paperwork prepared for you

Where it is not the right choice

  • Transit times vary more than the other services.
  • No cover included as standard. Add it at booking if the contents are worth insuring.
  • Not suitable for perishable or temperature controlled goods.

Freight

Larger than a parcel

Above roughly 70 kilograms, or anything on a pallet, stops being a parcel and becomes freight. It is priced per shipment rather than from the rate card.

We handle air freight, sea freight for full and part container loads, and cross border road haulage. The paperwork is heavier than parcel shipping and the lead times are longer, so freight starts with a conversation rather than an instant quote.
